If you want my honest opinion on this new guy is that he is a 'yes man' and that's why he's been employed, if Hoyle and Clibbens think they can field a load of academy recruits and shoot in the Championship, they are deluded, it still needs finical investment. I also think that there is too much interference in footballing matters from the boardroom, they need to leave him too it and also they need to let him buy a striker.
