I have to agree with the comments and sentiments about the game.
I was actually entertained (by both teams) for a change. I took my 11 year old nephew to his second Wednesday game (the first being the horrible one nil win over Blackpool at the turn of the year) and he really got into it this time. I'm getting a bit worried, I appear to be regaining some belief and hope! Never a good thing for a Wednesday supporter!
I thought the whole team played well with no weak links. Kieran Lee continues to impress, both attacking and intercepting, Lopez looked more consistent than earlier this year, Forestieri looks skillful and confident, Turner looks immense. A note about Nuhiu, generally played well but missed his big chance when he glanced his header over the bar instead of on target. To me, this kind of sums up his Wednesday career, lots to commend but ultimately not quite there.
Anyway, I'm actually quite looking forward to the next home match and hopefully we'll still be playing well by the time it comes around.
