The worry for Cardiff is how much confidence has taken a knock, there are players to comeback into the defence Loovens & Westwood and probably Palmer to RB. There was always ging to be changes last night, it was just how many, thought Drenthe & Hope could have started, maybe Helan too.
My team before would have been something like:
Kirkland
Buxton - Zayatte - Dielna - Helan
Coke - Maghoma - McCabe
Drenthe - Madine - Hope
This effectively means that everyone bar Maghoma gets a rest and is absolved from any loss of confidence if it goes wrong. I don't think there will be a loss of confidence because three of the back five were stand ins.
Let's hope Cardiff don't get a new manager in the next 48 hours.
The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.
