Jeremy knows he's in a win, win, win situation despite what the cry-babies from Spurs think. Allow Saido to leave now and collect £22-25m, Keep Saido until Jan when, by then, he should have scored more goals and possibly be a more attractive prospect and bank £25+m, keep Saido for this season where his goals keep us in the Prem allowing WBA to collect another £100+m and let him leave for £20m ish.
Could go tits-up, of course.
Regarding contracts. All parties should be in agreement to end a contract. Not just a player.
