I've just realised what I said made no sense and it reads more like I was backing the DR up. 
It was meant to be: "Kiernan basically said they hope they can score 8 or 9 in any given match, and if everything clicks in the side and everyone hits top form, we might create 25 or so chances and score that many at some point."
