I don't get this pish about artificial surfaces and this is not about gers this is all teams,they train on these surfaces regularly and while some are better than others players adapt,it wasn't the surfaces that cost gers last year it was the players who didn't perform throughout the season,very comfortable win for gers this weekend especially now they have a squad and a manager who look like they know what they are doing

I agree to a point.  The problem is the teams with these pitches play actual competitive games on their pitch every second game, which must give them an advantage over the teams that only play competitively on them a few times per season.  If the SPFA are going to allow these pitches, and I can see the benefit for the smaller clubs in doing so, maybe they need to set standards for these pitches with regards to manufacturer, replacement schedules etc.
