John Collins has every right to be a cocky so-and-so - he's been there, done it and got the t-shirt. What he's rightly being picked up on, is the fact that Celtic can buy the other club's best players, weakening them and strengthening Celtic. So it's Celtic that is the cause of the problem of lack of serious competition in Scotland.
