I love how Americans have sports that only they play, have a 'World' series and then call themselves World Champions  

My native collegues inform me the rounders is because in the early days there was a magazine called World Series of Rounders or something and that's were the competition originates from.
However, the NFL   and I'm surprised the MLS hasn't called its knockout cup the World Cup yet !!!

SCO don't get me going on the Americas, N America, Central America and South Americas thingy !!!!
