I suspect you're right coops - £400k would tip them over the edge though. The Hibs board, then the Hibs fans! 
Maybe even a £250k fee with a sizeable sell-on clause would do it. After all, they think he's good enough to play in the EPL, so he'll bound to be sold on at a premium. . .
