You can't compare Bloody Sunday to things that happened 2000 years ago. I get your point but McLean would know people directly Affected by it and you're being facetious to compare it to the Romans
I'm sure there are many who would know people affected by attrocities related to Ireland, plenty in this country. This man chose to rub our noses in it.
Get over yourself. He is not rubbing your nose in anything. He is simply refusing to take part in a song who's words he doesn't believe in. Stop taking it so personally.
