Great post and photo Funky. are we going to label BigVic disrespectful for turning to the side during the anthem. People are too quick to condemn somebody on the back of 1 photograph.
I too have heard the story that McLean said a catholic prayer before turning to join his team mates.
NOBODY has said how long is between the taking of the 2 photographs, could it be that the 1st photo was taken as the anthem started and the 2nd photo 5,10,15 seconds later.
I'm not going to slate someone on the strength of the timing of a photograph, and to suggest any disrespect towards a minutes silence has absolutely nothing to do with anything in this thread and is in very bad taste.
