[Dingle-Dingle]

Just had a massive lecture off a Tory telling me how I should be grateful of what Cameron has done for this country and for the working class and how he's saved the United Kingdom. Are they so dense?  

It's more ignorance than stupidity.  In the same way that most bigots have never met a person from the group they despise who's truly similar to them (or if they have, it's always a case of "he's not like all the rest of them"), your average Tory type tends to believe that they live in a perfect meritocracy where hard work always pays, and refuse to entertain the very notion that decent people can be left up shit creek purely by circumstances, because they're insulated from all evidence to the contrary.
