My thoughts are, is that it for the management? CC is a four man unit, and Roeder is doing whatever he's doing so that's 5 if he is to co-ordinate with the others.

Let's get some signings made..

I think CC and Roeder are the only ones involved in the committee from the playing side of the club.  The three coaches won't be involved in that as far as I can tell.  Roeder will be responsible for scouting and CC for day to day activities with the team and match day formations and tactics.  Paul Senior and Jonathan Hill make up the rest of the committee with Senior being special advisor to DC and I think Hill will manage the academy and youth set up.

We do not have a Manager anymore, haven't had since DJ left.  CC is Head Coach, responsible for team tactics and formations.
