I think this is all been setup so that knowbody gets out of line thinking they are the manager 
( if that makes sense ?)
It all sounds brilliant on paper
and im all for giving it a go 
as after the last 25 years of complete dickheads ( sorry every xxxx manager except wilko Ron & Big jack we have just gone round in xxxx circles and won fuckall
