I like the new set up we have, whether we have the right people in it currently remains to be seen though. Offering a manger a 1 year deal is fine for me as well, get him in the job and prove his worth, if not we get rid pronto!! Thats how Mandy used to operate until he came to us!! We need fresh blood with new ideas who can implement a system that can be continued with a new manager at any time.
