Reckon they need a business model approach throughout where Rangers decide how they are going to play football, develop youth system like clubs such as Ajax, Lyon have done so succesfully then appointing managers who are believers in the same philosophy and believe they have the right way to go about it
No use going from Long Ball manager to Slick passing manager to counter attacking manager, each who changes not only the whole squad but the Youth team get confused going from technical drills to strengthening hamstrings for booting it into the clouds
It took a ten year plan for worthy young talent to start coming through at Aberdeen, it would probably take a lot less at Rangers due to the sheer popularity of the club/Youngsters wanting to play for them and I believe in its sustainability to help Scottish Football clubs not just survive but move forwards.
