Wouldn't hesitate to do it now to be truthful. its been a poor start to the season made worse by the performances. I accept that he hasn't had the full squad at his disposal. Then again, would it make a difference? I'm not convinced that Irvine a) would make changes to the starting line-up and b) if he did, would he know how to use the attacking players at his disposal.  I understand those who say he needs time and normally I would agree. But do you believe that Irvine had the ability to turn things around for us? I don't personally. If we beat Burnley then what? Can anyone see us stringing 3-4 results together? Haven't seen anything in the last five games to make me think that we're suddenly going to be transformed into a good footballing side.
