I've been dwelling on what Leeds Utd are charging Town fans on Saturday. £36 is silly money if you ask me and they are seeing an opportunity to rip us off for the 3rd year running and taking it. Some of you argue that, because this is a local derby and you take into account less travelling costs, it's still a cheap away day. Although 1,600 have parted with the money, it's not a sell out yet. Is it usually a sell out? This says that whilst 1,600 are stumping up, a few hundred aren't. I paid it in the 12/13 season because I wanted to say I'd been to the the away derby at least once but I refused last season and the same again this one. Like last season, I am meeting pals in Huddersfield and hoping not to get the same updates coming through on my phone!
Are you going? Are you paying gladly or grudgingly?
If you're not going, is it out of protest or for some other reason? In other words, if you could go, would you pay?
How much is too much? Do you weigh up the cost of tickets with travel and other expenses?
