I suspect they'll be allowed entry into the championship whilst the financial muscle of QPR battle the Football League in the High courts.

I would insist QPR pay the full fine, they knew the rules and either through ignorance or arrogance chose to break the rules, that is not the fault of anyone bar themselves.
