Piss easy fella, all you have to do is copy the URL from whatever the page the video is from andthen when you are in the message go to the "insert URL" button, copy the URL into the box, click ok, hen it'll promt you to type in a name for the name i.e the match from last night for e.g., click ok and ok again to send the message and hey presto...
