A highly entertaining match played between two all out attacking sides...............would've been nice.

Thought Smithies was outstanding again........compared to how he had been playing. Robinson looked much better tonight, really getting stuck in and at last getting forward a bit in the second half. Smith tugged their lad's shirt again, just before he took another three steps into the area and got booked for diving. Somebody tell Smith to stop it.
Hudson and Lynch, top. Hope Lynch is alright.
Midfield lacked creativity. Thought we gave it away too much, Coady in particular tonight. Wardy started well, but apparently had a migraine.
Wells looked lost for most of the match, but the man of the match again, by a country mile was Jon Stead. Nah, only kidding, but he did work hard. Pity that that's just not good enough.
