I really the Gunners. And I really like Wenger.
Wenger his trammelled by his own principles and his desire to put the club first - compare with the likes of Harry Redknapp who leaves a trail of debt wherever he manages - and has only recently started spending money on older, less malleable players.
I often wonder how much money Arsenal have lost since Bosman due to players seeing out their contracts and Wenger's adherence to a solid wage structure?
If this season had 10 or 12 games to go things could have got really interesting. Arsenal just need to start a season well and then continue rather than pick up the pace from November/December onwards.
I think next season could be their year.
