As ELT has mentioned we really did play well, knocked it around well, think Gobern has earned a contract offer at least. Smithies excellent handling in the first half, then 2 superb stops 2nd half. Smith right on his game and Antonio subbed later on he was that ineffective. Burke their main threat, they shot high & wide on a few occasions, had a lot more of the ball 2nd but we still had chances, Miller and Scanz again to fire home in the box but missed the target. Support was good vocal, maybe 800 hemmed into the corner blocks, funny to see Vaughan's dad an ever present in the away support singing his son will tear them apart again as he shuffled off.

Defence has looked strong last few weeks, we still give the ball away too cheaply dont hold up play enough up front ( JV and Wells) to be totally effective but Butterfield was influential,Scanz scored from a tight angle was it Butts flighted cross again? Overall really happy we've not totally got the deck chairs out, certainly Forest had that feel, home in 30 mins.
