Camptown Races ("The Brummie Road will sing this song, Astle is the King") is still used regularly for other songs, i.e. "who put the ball in the Dingles' net, Super Kevin Phillips".
All You Need Is Love is a song by a band called The Beatles; they're an obscure bunch, but at a push, the internet might help you out there
The only stumbling block is Si Si Senora, as it's not used at football matches these days and I can't find any versions on YouTube to illustrate. They did sing it once on Fantasy Football League though, so I'll try and track that sketch down.
