I just always thought a straight Red was 3 whatever the reason and two yellows was one.

Had a boring lunch at my desk so I looked it up and could find absolutely nothing on it whatsoever!!! I did see that the offence of preventing a goal scoring opportunity is listed as a separate offence so maybe the rules are different?? As you say, its a one match ban so best keep it quiet and just get on with it!!
