Yeah, I watched the recent remake and found it lacking whilst shoehorning in every modern 'woke' narrative possible.
I found the only credible part of the original that was used in this remake, is the use of AI, to produce fabricated footage of people committing crimes they never comitted..
A bit like that West Midlands chief of police producing AI footage of Maccabi fans to support the Muslim community's position, that Jewish football fans shouldn't be allowed in the UK, under threats of violence..
He was honourable discharged from his post on full pension for that.. Instead of being in prison.
Weird that, as he'd most certainly be in prison under different circumstances.
If the chief of police were caught sympathising with far right ethno-nationalists and fabricating evidence against muslims. He wouldn't be getting a golden parachute
