I've recently been diagnosed with Cardiovascular disease and COPD and have to rely on the good old NHS. I've lost half my income so far with no prospect of having the ability to work again and can't get a penny out of the 'system', even though I've paid in since 1979, because my wife works but yeah, my main worry is the BML
