I was thinking someone more like a Sean Dyche. Someone who knows how to setup a team to be hard to beat, but also understands how and when to commit players forward.
Of course it would probably be a non-starter as he's still on "gardening leave" from Forest I assume.
I even wouldn't have minded having Tony Pulis back short term. Works best with poor quality personnel and we certainly fit that mould. Although I think he's been out of work too long, so probably doesn't have the hunger anymore.
