Personally, I'd be in favour of a "dinosaur" coming in on a short term deal.
I think this young squad need a father figure to come in and install some belief in them. Someone who can quickly get us organised defensively and can oversee dirty wins against superior opponents.
I'm not really sure about Mozza. Yes, he's a club man, but I would see it as yet another managerial punt. I thought our performance in his previous game in charge - Swansea in the cup - was poor. It also felt like his team selection was picked out a hat on that day. That said, we managed to secure a draw so that was something given our away record.
Of course, like every punt, Mozza could come good. But I'd prefer someone more experienced personally.
All that said, i think keeping us up will be a tough task for anyone now.
I suspect what will happen is that Mozza will be in charge on Saturday and his future will depend upon the result.
I don't have any faith in the club to have any long term plan. They're making decisions on the fly.
