Portsmouth have brought in Luton forward Jacob Brown and winger Gustavo Caballero from Brazilian club Santos on loan, and have bought Madiodio Dia from Norwegian side FK Haugesund for an undisclosed fee.
Paraguayan Caballero, 24, and Brown, 27, will spend the rest of the season at Fratton Park.
Senegalese centre-back Dia, 22, has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract, and boss John Mousinho said: "We're delighted to strengthen our defensive options by bringing Madiodio to the club.
"He's a tall and aggressive defender, who will add some real physicality to our back-line and exactly fits the type of profile we were looking for."
Brown started his career at Barnsley and stayed at the club until 2020 when he completed a permanent move to Stoke City, before joining Luton in the summer of 2023.
He has played 60 times for the Hatters and scored seven goals, but this campaign has struggled for minutes, making nine appearances in all competitions.
Mousinho said:, external "Jacob is a player who has bags of Championship experience and was appearing in the Premier League a little over 18 months ago.
"It's probably been a difficult first half of the season for him at Luton, but he's coming here looking to get back on track.
"We feel that he bolsters us in any one of those positions across the front line, so it's a signing that we're really excited about."
Brown joins Millenic Alli, who also arrived on loan to Portsmouth from the Hatters last month.
Caballero featured for his country up to Under-23 level and represented it at the 2024 Olympic Games.
Mousinho said: "Gustavo was a player who we were tracking in the summer, but he went to Santos in the end.
"So we're delighted to be able to bring him here now and he's been over in the country for the past couple of days."
