Of those stated I think Carsley would get the nod as my proffered choice, though when is the person appointed ever in the first tranche of betting odds? Personally I can't see him coming. Wasn't he on the shortlist last time around? I think he wants the big job with his current employer and would you move away from a very successful career with your current employer with the chance of future promotion, to manage this team? So he might be favourite but I'll believe it when I see it, (with my prediction form he is guaranteed to get the the job now
