This one took me back to beginning of the 69-70 season!:-
I was watching a John Lennon doc last night and it showed him (and Yoko) singing "Give Peace a Chance", which was No.1 in the summer of '69.
I immediately started singing (to myself!):-
"All we are saying.....
Is give Perce a chance".
which was a one-off song for Percy Freeman who only played a couple of games for us when Jeff Astle was unfit.
What's up with my brain???........ 56 years ago, and we only sung it through the 1 game.
