The unbeaten drawing run comes to an end with a defeat on na ground which was a throwback in time. The Racecourse or as they say round there Cas Rae.
Conceded two horror goals, a dwarf heading home the first, and the second coming through a massive gap where our defence should have been.
It's was a game fpor Osmajic to return after his nine game ban however that fell flat as hge was out with a hamstring strain, Potts madfe his first start for 8 months as well.
Nothing really in the first 30 minutes had a couple of chances Mads and Potts both having shots saved by big Arthur.
The home side dfended in two banks of five and we were as usual when presented with this problem to slow in the build up.
Wrexham began to get on top, Broadhurst should probably have scored when he got through, missed the target. Iversen denied both Moore and Broadhurst, but the latter didn't have long to wait for his goal, Moore beat Storey out wide right, ball into box, Broadhurst in space heads home.
Early chance for Small in the second half through on goal shot well saved by Arthur.
Smith brought a great save from Iversen, and Doyle headed wide at the back post shoulsd have scored as should Devine when hitting the side netting at the other end.
The bald liner nearly got them a second, ball looked over the deadball line, everyone stops and Smith heads against the post from a yard out.
Short repreive as Rathbone found a couple of acres of space in the North End box and it's two.
Back in it seven minutes later One two between Smith and Devine, deflected past Arthur.
Couldn't get a second, seventh at New Year take that but we need some players back slightly low on fit players

Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson:
"I'm very pleased. I felt it was important that we backed up the Boxing Day win and performance and we spoke to the lads about that mentality," said the Wrexham boss.
"Tonight was about if we could respond to a really good performance where we had a lot of praise against Sheffield United and have that accountability individually and collectively. I felt we did that really well.
"It was a good performance against a really good side, we know that, they're up there for a reason, but I think over the 90 minutes, we deserved the win."
Preston North End boss Paul Heckingbottom:
"We weren't at our best. We had good moments where we played really well and looked a good side.
"But it was also a performance littered with mistakes and Wrexham capitalised on those.
"It was a typical Championship game, it could have gone either way. We made too many errors and couldn't capitalise on the moments when we did played well. Wrexham did."

Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?
