If you post a Wiki image, (or most others) using the image link, clicking on it in a post should link to the source and keep them happy. If you Snip or screen grab it, and say add a couple of logo's or some text and put it somewhere like freeimage.host then post it from there, you should also post the original link, I think and say you played with it. We've not always been doing that and I'm as guilty as the rest. That said, some websites I use claim copywrite for their website, but the copywrite for the stuff they show, like fixtures, results, player images, team logo's isn't theirs. There's no acknowlegment that's obvious on their websites of who does own it that is easy to spot. The Prima Donna League and the EFL own the fixtures copywright here, Littlewoods and Vernons used to put that on their Pools Coupons.
