Bostin ower kid.
You can't beat sports that are all about the wrist action ritchie. I'll try and find a link to the Battling Tops World Championships but don't be disappointed if I can't. Just about to start cooking a fish pie seeing as you asked ritchie. Mushy pays, tomatoes, carrots and some parsley sauce to add to my 5 a day. The other two involve hops and grapes.
What?
PS if your piles are really bothering you, put some of them to one side for a couple of weeks and then shred them. If nobody asked you about them for over a month they likely never will. Creams are available from Boots and other purvs that sell stuff for piles too if you Google it, but they just tend to make the pages stick to each other in my experience and then they really clog up the shredder. The last thing you need when you've got piles is an over-heating shredder.
Otherwise - have you considered a pile driver from the local builders merchants? Possibly availabe on Amazon or eBay, though I avoid eBay as the bastards keep scamming my credit cards.
Morrisons for the fish by the way. They call one of them Sea and the other Bream. I'm sure they told me they were the same when I bought them. Marketing eh?

A guide to real ale
“In the best pubs, you can spend entire afternoons deep in refreshment without a care in the world.”
