(This post was last modified: 01-10-2025, 00:03 by Lord Snooty.)
Division One table results for Matchday 9: Despite being let down by a Town defeat at Harrogate on his joker, Lord Snooty got the top score this week. He scored 18 points, which had three correct scores. If only Huddersfield Town weren't such a bunch of smegheads!
Ritchiebaby made a welcome return to action this week and made a reasonable score of 16, which unfortunately for him, wasn't enough to stop Snooty overtaking him at the foot of the table.
Baggie Bob also scored 16 points and extends his lead at the top of the table as jjamez and neonfoxinthebox both dropped points in the chase for the title. The fox had this week's lowest score with 8 and jjamez was only two points better off with ten. Meaning that Bob now leads jjamez by 10 points, with neon a further 7 points behind him.
Shep didn't show up this week and so with default scores of 0-0, managed to clock up 12 points and maintain a mid table position, ten behind neon and ten ahead of Snooty.

Division One table after the Matchday 9:
Division Two results for Matchday 9: Amelia was one minute away from an 8 point joker, when Arsenal went and scored a winner. That took her from 8 plus points to two minus points. A sickening blow which took her from what would've been 2nd equal to the lowest score of the week.
Taking a positive result from that late Gunners goal was theo. He had 2-1 to the Arsenal and those extra 4 points gave him the week's top score. He totted up 20 points and moved up a place into 2nd.
Themaclad had an off day, scoring just 8 points, but still has a 22 point lead at the top. Devongone and St Charles Owl both scored 14 and Wakey got 10 with his pre-arranged scores. Which all means that Dev drops to 3rd, SCO moves off the bottom, up two places with Amelia dropping two to the bottom. Wakey stays in 5th.
