My view is the EFL have now added the embargo’s because he missed the date to reply with the required evidence of funds and/or they have been provided evidence of reasonable offers from prospective buyer(s) which he continues to deny/ignore/ move the goalposts.
The payments due before the month end are hopefully the watershed moment for positive changes.

I think they are waiting to see how many points they need to deduct before applying that one
