North of the Black Isle up in the hills in a village called Ardross. Just down the road from the BBC Traitors castle if you watch it.

I live down in the Borders, south of Edinburgh but we go to the same cottage in Wester Ross every year and have been doing so since 1998. Our travel route is up the A9, through the Black Isle, through Achnasheen, Kinlochewe and Gairloch, and up to Inverasdale. It’s a stunning part of the world

You’ll pass by a few miles from our house when you go through Dingwall. If you want to make a short detour for a cuppa let me know!
