That generation is destroyed. State processing did a wonderful job on these kids. Coupled with parents having to raise these shits with one hand tied behind their backs because you cant discipline them or tell them "No" because they have 'feelings'
The result? Easily the most dense generation within the last 100yrs. Led by he notion that emotions and feelings outweigh facts
Allegedly Windarse is trying to force his way out and a few players have directly lobbied the EFL to give any TV monies due straight to the players and nothing to Chansiri as they don't trust him.
EFL simply not fit for purpose in these situations. It's only capable of punishing the Club itself, outside of small fines to the owner. The real damage is absorbed by Club and fan base.
