I’m currently in València and watched Corberan’s team play tonight at the Mestalla. Obviously they have a much stronger squad than we have but what I saw showed the merits of his style. Mowbray shouldn’t have tried to change so much so quickly. Corberan’s style, while having its flaws, had been ingrained so much into the squad. Mowbray should have been more pragmatic and done it slowly throughout the months and then gone hell for leather in preseason.
