Once again Scotland decided to do things the hard way, losing 6-7 against Switzerland despite managing to score 3 shots in the 9th end. Three of the Scottish team had percentage scores in the 60s, which shows how the team have been playing. Amazingly, thanks to Canada failing to take advantage, this was still good enough to qualify. In their second game the Scots still struggled to beat Germany 5-3 after 9 ends, all the scores being single shots with the exception of one blank end.

Tomorrow's Semi-finals at 2.30pm see Norway v Scotland and Korea v Italy. The Medal Games are on Monday at 2.00pm.

In the Women's Championships, the Semi-finals at 10.00am tomorrow are Korea v Sweden and Canada v Germany, with their Medal Games at 9.00am on Monday.
