I thought that was odd when I read it, so had a quick research. I remember the date that Huddersfield Town were relegated in 2019 as March the 29th. It was our anniversary and we'd just arrived in Edinburgh when 5Live announced we were down after defeat at Crystal Palace. So we were earlier, datewise.

However, looking up our fixtures on Wikipedia, ours was game 32. Southampton are on game 31. So yes, they can have that record.
