What was that thing with Yanks and great customer service that I used to hear about?
I used to hear about it, I experienced some that was anything but, for the most part in restaurants it was no different from here apart from being asked if everything was OK just after you shovelled the first fork-full into your gob. You'd wait half-an-hour after you finished to pay though.
We are no longer supplying physical cards so if you have moved seats or age band, your Season Card will be delivered digitally and can be uploaded to your smartphone and stored in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. During the Season Card renewals process you can however select to receive a physical card at a cost of £10.
What's wrong/confusing with this message?
