This is a very good point in fact. After all that he has gone through he will have reflected on everything.
If things do not go according to plan and it becomes stressful, he might have a much lower point at which is says, sod it, and walks away.
The squad needs to get onboard with his methods fast and deliver.
I think we have until end of next season to be doing it successfully or he will retire to enjoy life - and who would blame him.
