Just read this morning that Rachel Thieves has given the 'Labour' BMDC special permission to raise council tax by 10% (limit is normally 4.99%) this year because of it's 'social needs'. This doesn't bother a certain demographic as most are on benefits and don't pay council tax on any of their houses whilst holding down jobs in takeaways, taxiing, hair dressing, slum landlord or any other cash in hand (money laundering) career. No, it's f'ucking mugs like me who will be subsidising this shit
