We do desperately need to phase out most of these players. Ihiekwe and Valery I just do not rate even if they are a better option to Iorfa and possibly Palmer.
These players aren't good enough to find the forward pass either it's an immediate resort to backwards passing at the slightest of pressure.
We're mid-table because that's where consistently inconsistent teams end up.
