That's a fantastic stat, and it is indeed correct. With the sixty-game minimum caveat, win rates are as follows:
1. Carlos Corberan - 49.35%
2. Roberto Di Matteo - 48.78%
3. Ron Atkinson - 44.03% [first spell only]
4. Vic Buckingham - 43.19%
5. Fred Everiss - 43.16%
6. Gary Megson - 42.53% [first spell only]
7. Gordon Clark - 42.42%
8. Johnny Giles - 42.35% [first spell only]
9. Henry Jackson - 41.94%
10. Tony Mowbray - 40.71%
Of our full-time managers overall, Jesse Carver had the best win-rate of 55.17%, but was only in charge for the first half of the 1952-53 season because he fell out with the club. Ossie Ardiles comes second with 54.55%, but falls five matches short of the sixty minimum.
