Carlos is undoubtedly a very good tactical manager. He's not without fault IMHO. He does see the squad day in and say out and tbh is much better placed then most of us to decide who is chosen to play and who's on the bench. Why anyone questions his actions really is stupid. But that's football.
Carlos believes strength starts with a well organised strong defence as all the great managers have.
With the financial constraints Carlos operates makes him a miracle worker. We really need to hang on to him
Im still not sure it sunk in yet that we must sell our better players to generate funds on a regular basis and a continual turn over of good players has to be the norm. Our recruitment dept has been poor for many years and needs changing starting with Pearce.
