I would imagine that they are celebrating because they see it as a small, if insignificant, victory.

Maybe they'll just take the opportunity to further signal their discontent with the - now outgoing - regime and reiterate exactly what they think of them before they go.

As I've said before, taking up your right as a shareholder - or a shareholder's representative - to attend the EGM doesn't make you "bloody minded" or whatever you want to call it: it's your right.

And yes, some of those attending will be vocal - why not? Why shouldn't they be? These are the people that have put their money were their mouths are, they've invested. Best of luck to them.

Criminality on the other hand should be dealt with, I've no truck with a mob mentality hell bent on breaking the law.
