The hordes could have just sent their votes in anyway, but no, they want to shout abuse and get their fizzogs on the telly while they're at it. There's no Q&A session, there's no chance of interacting with the board (half of which won't be there anyway) and the result of the voting won't be announced at the meeting.

There is NO NEED for any of them to be there in person, it's just sheer bloody mindedness on their part.

Quite why anyone is celebrating the venue change and subsequent delay of the EGM, I have no idea.
